About Sarah

Sarah Choi’s practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

While attending the University of California at Irvine School of Law, Sarah was an associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. Sarah also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II, US District Court Judge for the Central District of California.
