About Sarah
Sarah’s practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies at all stages and the investors that finance these companies. Sarah provides strategic counseling to clients on entity formations, venture capital financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters spanning the life cycle of a company from formation, fundraising and through exit. Sarah represents emerging growth companies, venture capital firms and institutional investors in both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and across a variety of industries including consumer product goods, digital media and entertainment, technology and software, biotech, and health and wellness.
Sarah is fluent in Korean and is actively involved in working on cross-border transactions with companies and institutional investors from South Korea.
While attending the University of California at Irvine School of Law, Sarah was an associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. Sarah also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II, US District Court Judge for the Central District of California.
