Sara Siddiqi

Sara advises startups, venture funds, strategic investment firms and other entities on a range of corporate matters, guiding them through all stages of the corporate life cycle, including formation, financings, M&A, public offerings and corporate governance. She works with clients across industries including software, fintech, artificial intelligence, cryptocurrency and blockchain, consumer products, and digital media.

Before joining Cooley, Sara was an M&A associate in the New York office of a global law firm. She also worked at MaRS Discovery District, a Toronto-based innovation hub, where she supported some of Canada’s fastest-growing tech companies.
