Sam advises private equity and venture capital sponsors across the fund life cycle.

Sam represents sponsors in the formation and operation of private investment funds across a range of strategies, including buyout, growth equity, venture capital and fund of funds, both in the US and internationally.

Before joining Cooley, Sam practiced at a leading international law firm in New York, where he advised global sponsors on complex fund formations and cross-border structuring matters.
