About Sam

Sam focuses his practice on technology transactions and intellectual property, supporting clients at all stages of their life cycle. Sam has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and assisting companies with mergers, acquisitions, IP licenses and financings.

During law school, Sam was senior production editor for the UC Law Journal and worked as a student associate with UC Law San Francisco’s Startup Legal Garage, where he advised an emerging biotechnology company on patenting opportunities and further development under the supervision of a leading Bay Area law firm.
