
About Ryan
Ryan practices general corporate and securities law. He represents private and public companies in a range of industries, as well as investors and underwriters. His practice includes entity formation and organization, governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and compliance, and mergers & acquisitions.
Before law school, Ryan worked in local and federal government on a range of topic areas – including cybersecurity, complex financial crimes, environmental policy and campaign finance reform.
During law school, Ryan externed in state government on consumer protection. Ryan also was a member of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, the Board of Student Advisers and the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
