Ryan Lewis

Ryan’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities advisory and capital-raising transactions for private and public companies. He advises public companies on US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance and represents both public and private companies and investment banks in equity and debt financings – including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, alternative capital-raising transactions (private investments in public equity, private placements, etc.), and convertible debt offerings. Ryan advises a broad range of technology, biotech and healthcare clients throughout their corporate life cycle.

Previously, Ryan practiced in the New York office of a US-based international law firm and as in-house counsel to aerospace pioneer Boom Supersonic and venture capital firm Fifth Partners.
