About Ruby
Ruby focuses her practice on initial public offerings and other equity capital markets transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, listing rules and securities regulations compliance, mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Cooley, Ruby worked at the Hong Kong office of another top US law firm.
Ruby is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
