About Rona
Rona focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, including trade secret, antitrust, securities class action and general commercial litigation. She has represented a diverse range of clients – such as technology and life sciences companies, multinational corporations, and major financial institutions – in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. She also advises clients on investigations by government agencies.
Before joining Cooley, Rona was an associate at an American multinational law firm and clerked for Judge John Michael Vazquez of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. Rona also worked as an associate at a New York-based boutique litigation firm, where she successfully argued before the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Cotton v. Noeth.
Rona received her JD from the New York University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Rona served as an editor for the moot court board, a board member of NYU Law Women, and a research assistant to two of her professors.
