About Roger

Roger represents emerging and high-growth companies throughout their life cycle and advises venture capital firms and other institutional investors. His practice covers a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, corporate governance, public company offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and M&A.

Before joining Cooley, Roger was a graduate fellow at a pre-seed and seed-stage venture capital fund in San Francisco. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant.

During law school, Roger worked as an intern in the Consumer Protection Section of the California attorney general’s office. He participated in the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic and Naturalization Pro Bono Project and served as a symposium chair of the Stanford Technology Law Review.

Roger has lived abroad in Italy and Germany.
