Rodrigo Seira advises privately held and publicly traded emerging companies through their corporate lifecycle, working primarily with clients leveraging novel technologies including blockchain, distributed networks and digital assets.  Rodrigo also represents funds and strategic investors in connection with their investments and acquisitions.

Before joining Cooley, Rodrigo practiced at one of the country’s first blockchain-focused boutiques and at a leading international law firm.
