Robert has a diverse practice ranging from patent infringement litigation to M&A litigation for life sciences companies. His matters involve a variety of technologies, including augmented reality applications, communications software, small-molecule drugs and medical devices. He routinely represents clients at the state and federal levels – including in California, Delaware, and Texas, in the Federal Circuit, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
