About Rishab
Rishab’s practice encompasses a range of strategic business transactions, with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, minority investments, and related corporate and securities law matters. He has advised on M&A transactions representing an aggregate value of more than $100 billion.
Rishab also advises high-growth technology companies and venture capital and private equity/growth equity funds on private financings and investment transactions.
Rishab has practiced in India, London, New York, Hong Kong and Silicon Valley and has extensive cross-border experience advising clients on foreign investment transactions in India and Southeast Asia.
Rishab was named to the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s and the Economic Times’ (India) 40 Under 40 lists for 2025.
