Reid Evanich
About Reid
Reid focuses on M&A and private equity investments. He represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, growth equity investors, and closely held businesses in a range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations.
While attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Reid was selected to intern with the school’s Small Business Clinic, where he assisted small businesses in Los Angeles with formation, organization, equity documentation, policies and client contracts. Before law school, he worked in the cybersecurity and data privacy industry, working with businesses to strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
In addition to his transactional practice, Reid is passionate about volunteer work. He currently serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, focusing on youth development and education.
