About Regina

Regina provides health regulatory counsel to support market access strategies for a range of healthcare and life sciences clients, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device developers, digital health and diagnostics companies, hospitals and health systems, and physician groups. Her practice includes advising clients on Medicare Part B and Part D issues, including program requirements. Regina helps clients navigate various federal and state healthcare laws, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services rulemaking and subregulatory guidance, state-level legislative and regulatory requirements for Medicaid, and commercial coverage policies. She has experience with coding, coverage and reimbursement processes for new and innovative biopharmaceutical products, medical devices and technologies, and health services.

Additionally, Regina has provided pro bono representation to asylum applicants from North Korea, Guatemala, Congo-Brazzaville and Ethiopia. Previously, she counseled clients through cannabis licensing processes and compliance matters with state regulators. In law school, she received the T. Morton McDonald Award for legal research.
