Rebecca Siegel

Rebecca practices general corporate and securities law. She represents private and public companies in a wide range of industries and at all stages of their life cycle, as well as investors and underwriters.

During law school, Rebecca served as executive articles editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal, and she was a member of the Thurston Society and the UC Hastings Honor Society. She also worked as a law clerk providing pro bono legal services to social enterprises and not-for-profit corporations as part of the UC Hastings Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment Clinic.
