About Rebecca
Rebecca represents and advises clients in a range of regulatory counseling, litigation and investigative matters, including technology regulatory counseling, trade secrets disputes and government investigations. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
At New York University School of Law, Rebecca was a Furman Public Policy scholar and received the 2025 Corporate Compliance and Enforcement Prize. She co-authored a 2024 cross-topic survey of the legal landscape for artificial intelligence (AI) use with a former US Secretary of Homeland Security and the head of the federal National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee. She also worked at the White House National Economic Council, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Enforcement Division and with a transactional law AI startup.
Before her legal career, Rebecca served as a policy advisor in the US Senate and worked as a legislative assistant in the US House of Representatives, focusing on a range of issues, including technology and AI policy. She has also worked for a cybersecurity consulting organization, an AI governance nonprofit and a govtech company.
