Rebecca Halbach

Rebecca is a Brussels-based regulatory lawyer with a particular focus on product legislation in the European Union (EU), sustainability regulation and environmental, social and governance (ESG) compliance. Rebecca is committed to keeping clients up to date on EU, UK and global developments in her focus areas, enabling them to identify and act on relevant changes as early as possible.

Rebecca advises clients in a wide range of sectors, including tech, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, batteries and textiles. Her recent work includes supporting clients in managing global product recalls and providing guidance on compliance with new EU rules such as those on packaging, environmental claims and right to repair obligations. She also has experience assisting clients in proceedings before the General Court of the European Union and in arbitrations.

Rebecca previously worked at the European Commission and the World Health Organization.
