About Raphael
Raphael advises public companies, late-stage private companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and corporate governance matters, with an emphasis on technology-driven businesses. He works with boards, management teams and investment firms on the full spectrum of transactional and advisory matters – from minority investments and joint ventures to complex public company combinations and transformative cross-border deals.
Raphael’s experience includes representing acquirors, targets and financial sponsors in domestic and cross-border mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, carve outs, take-private transactions and growth equity investments. He has worked on strategic combinations and sale transactions for companies across the technology, semiconductor, software, fintech and media sectors, including multibillion-dollar deals involving some of the most recognized names in those industries. He also counsels clients on day-to-day corporate matters, including corporate governance, stakeholder and investor dynamics, and preparation for capital markets events.
Before attending law school, he competed as a world-ranked tennis player in tournaments across North America and Europe.
