About Peter
Peter Shin focuses his practice on general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies.
Prior to joining Cooley, Peter was an associate in the corporate group of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. Peter also served as a sergeant in the ROK Army at the ROK/US Combined Forces Command.
