Pengli Li

Pengli Li focuses her practice on the representation of public companies and investment banks on capital markets transactions, including initial and follow-on equity and debt offerings. She also advises public companies on SEC compliance and reporting, as well as corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Cooley, Pengli was an associate in the corporate department of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. While at Cornell Law School, she was a member of the Women’s Law Coalition and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Pengli is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), and speaks conversational Japanese.
