Pauline Le

Pauline focuses her practice on general corporate matters, representing emerging and public companies, as well as investors and underwriters. Her practice covers a variety of transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and public offerings.

During law school, Pauline served as a notes and comments editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She was also a member of the Digital Rights Project, where she engaged in legal research regarding the intersection between technology and civil liberties.
