Paul Kim

Paul serves as Cooley’s director of litigation strategy and practice management, partnering with department and practice group leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability and operational efficiency. He leverages financial and operational insights to identify opportunities, inform business decisions and create actionable plans tailored to each practice group’s priorities. Paul collaborates with teams across the firm to align resources and advance the litigation department’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Cooley, Paul served as director of practice management at an Am Law 100 firm, advising practice leaders on financial performance and operations. Previously, he held various finance roles at a multinational law firm and a global professional services firm, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and business operations.
