Patricia A. Myers primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions and, with more than 20 years of corporate and securities experience, has worked with private and public companies in the areas of general corporate compliance, securities and debt financings, public offerings, contract drafting and due diligence preparation and review.

Since 1991, Patricia has gained experience working in the corporate and securities areas of law with international, national and local law firms, as well as with in-house legal departments for public and private companies.
