About Parth

Parth advises clients throughout their growth cycle on a range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, corporate governance and securities matters, M&A, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions. He primarily counsels strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions within the tech and life sciences sectors.

Before joining Cooley, Parth worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, providing strategic business advice to clients primarily in the tech, media and telecommunications industries. Prior to that, he was an associate at a Los Angeles-based global law firm and a Chicago-based global law firm.

In law school, Parth served as a managing editor of the Harvard Business Law Review and a project leader with the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project.
