Pam Washburn

Pam Washburn leads Cooley’s business development efforts in the Silicon Valley and Pacific Northwest. She has over 20 years of executive leadership in companies ranging from large enterprise to early stage technology companies, service provider organizations, and private equity. In her role at Cooley, she works closely with founders and their startups - reviewing business plans and market strategies, and facilitating connections to the legal, financial and strategic resources that fuel company growth. 

Pam has been an executive level marketing and sales leader in two venture-backed companies, led operations of a private equity firm, and has over a decade of experience as a business development and marketing executive at HP. Pam is married to an entrepreneur and has a unique perspective into the challenges founders face in launching their companies including how and when they engage with legal counsel, and fundraising strategies.
