About Ondrej

Ondrej advises clients on tech and outsourcing transactions, commercial contracts, and compliance with European data, cyber and artificial intelligence (AI) laws.

He has experience negotiating a range of cross-border tech and outsourcing transactions on behalf of tech companies, financial services clients and companies operating in regulated sectors. He also represents clients in transactions involving monetisation of intellectual property and data.

Ondrej further advises clients on European tech regulation, including data protection, AI and online safety laws, and their extraterritorial effects. His experience includes assisting financial institutions and service providers with compliance with the European Union’s Digital Operational Resilience Act.
