Olivia focuses her practice on representing issuers and underwriters in a range of capital markets transactions, including initial and follow-on public equity offerings, at-the-market offerings, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings, and other public and private offerings. Olivia also regularly advises public companies on general corporate matters, including Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and corporate governance.
