About Olivia

Olivia advises clients at various stages of their life cycle on a broad range of commercial and non-contentious technology matters. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating complex commercial, intellectual property and technology agreements, as well as advising on technology-related aspects of corporate transactions.

As a trainee solicitor, Olivia practiced in Cooley’s technology transactions, antitrust, corporate and business litigation practice groups. Before joining Cooley, she worked in the antitrust team of a Magic Circle firm in Madrid and as the project manager of a legal tech startup within the wills and probate sector.

Olivia is particularly interested in digital regulation of artificial intelligence and Web3.
