Oliver McGlashan is an associate in the commercial litigation group in Cooley’s London office. He advises on a wide range of complex commercial, fraud and asset tracing disputes. Oliver also has particular experience in acting for life sciences companies.
Cooley advised Endava on its $145.8 million initial public offering of 7,291,000 American Depositary Shares, each representing one Class A ordinary share of Endava, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Partners Nicole Brookshire and Darren DeStefano led the Cooley team advising the company on this dual-class IPO.
Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Suisse Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company and William Blair & Company acted as co-managers for the offering.
