Novak Topalovic

Novak advises strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private M&A transactions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and other complex transactions. Born in Montenegro and raised in Serbia, he moved to the US to play collegiate basketball, earning All-Academic team honors from his school’s conference, before pursuing a career in law. Novak’s sports and international backgrounds, including playing on the Serbian men’s national basketball team at the World University Games, give him a unique perspective that helps his clients achieve their goals.
