Noah Pittard

Noah advises high-growth technology companies and VC funds nationwide, with a focus on company formation, financing and growth. He also counsels emerging companies on M&A, strategic relationships, recapitalizations and general corporate matters.

An entrepreneur since high school, Noah started several businesses before and during college and later co-founded a VC fund that remains one of the most active early-stage investors in the US. His experience helps him think about practicing law from an entrepreneur’s perspective, focusing on just the issues that matter.

During law school, Noah was a member of the California Law Review.
