Nikole has led initiatives that enhance billing accuracy, streamline AR reconciliation and improve visibility into aging, unbilled time/costs and collection performance. It is her goal to consistently reduce operational friction and support stronger year-end outcomes.

Prior to joining Cooley, Nikole served as a transit agency finance and operations leader, specializing in revenue accounting, breakage modeling, fare media analysis and ASC 606 compliance. She has developed numerous financial automation tools and reporting frameworks that improve decision-making and reduce manual workload.

Nikole is recognized for her warm communication style, collaborative leadership and ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance for company stakeholders, teams and ministry leaders alike.
