Her experience spans a range of industries, including digital health, software, technology and consumer sectors. Nikita has practiced in India, New York and Silicon Valley.

Nikita’s representative transactions include advising:

  • Tredence on its $175 million Series B round
  • Lacework on its Series D round, which brought its valuation to $8.3 billion
  • SoftBank Vision Fund 2 on its $100 million investment in the India-based sales readiness company Mindtickle
