About Nick

Nick practices corporate and securities law, representing public and private companies and their investors through every stage of the business life cycle. His practice includes entity formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, and government contract transactional and regulatory counseling.

Before launching his legal career, Nick worked in the office of a House Armed Services Committee member, supporting the National Defense Authorization Act and Cyberspace Solarium Commission lines of effort. He also served as a ground intelligence officer in the US Marine Corps, was stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and was deployed with the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Africa. Given this experience, Nick is highly invested in the national security mission and ensuring that service members – and fellow veterans – have the tools to succeed. He continues to serve as a reservist attached to the nascent Marine Innovation Unit.
