Nate Hickner

Nate works at the forefront of Cooley’s efforts to adopt and leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to provide legal services better, faster and more efficiently firmwide. Drawing on his experience representing startups from formation to exit, he also supports resource and knowledge management initiatives for the firm’s private companies practice, developing new automations, process improvements and knowledge resources.

Before joining Cooley, Nate practiced corporate law at a US-based international law firm.
