About Natalie

Natalie’s practice focuses on defending top technology and life sciences clients in high-stakes, bet-the-company antitrust litigation and investigations, including the landmark United States v. Google trials. She provides strategic counseling to clients on artificial intelligence (AI) and competition risk.

Natalie also has recent in-house experience partnering with business teams to provide practical competition and product counseling.

Representative matters include:

  • Representing Google in the landmark United States v. Google monopolization case brought by the US Department of Justice and several state attorneys general relating to Google search*
  • Obtaining summary judgment for Google in an antitrust and First Amendment suit brought by the Ohio attorney general challenging Google’s display of search results*
  • Representing Google in antitrust cases brought by private plaintiffs in multiple federal courts*
  • Representing Jazz Pharmaceuticals in multidistrict reverse-payment antitrust litigation*
  • Serving as court-appointed amicus curiae for the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit*
  • Representing a criminal defendant in the appeal of a second-degree murder conviction and other related charges in the Appellate Court of Maryland*
  • Advising technology clients on AI and competition (data governance, privacy, licensing, product design)*
  • Advising life sciences clients at the intersection of antitrust and food and drug law*
