Nancy Kyei

Nancy represents emerging companies, high-growth and public companies throughout the corporate life cycle, including formation, venture financing, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. She also counsels venture capital clients on financing transactions and advises private companies on day to day corporate governance. Nancy maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on immigration and nonprofits.

At Boston College Law School, Nancy was a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic, a board member of the Black Law Students Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Nancy also spent much of her time being a teacher’s assistant for Law Practice I and II and as a student ambassador for the law school.
