Nan Yang

Nan Yang practices general corporate and securities law, with a focus on the representation of startups, emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. Nan has represented a wide variety of companies, ranging from technology, software, healthcare-related to consumer business. Nan also has extensive experience in cross-border transactions with Asia.

Prior to joining Cooley, Nan practiced in the Palo Alto office of another leading international law firm.
