About Mystery

The heart of Mystery’s practice is a deep commitment to client service, with a focus on providing practical business and legal advice to her clients.

Mystery represents startup and emerging growth companies, as well as the venture capital funds and institutional investors that invest in them. On the company side, Mystery’s clients turn to her for strategic and pragmatic counsel on a variety of business and legal issues – spanning from formations, venture capital financings and recapitalizations to mergers & acquisitions, foreign “flips,” and general corporate matters – throughout their organizations’ life cycles. Mystery also builds trusted partnerships with her fund clients, whom she advises on investments, internal fund concerns and matters related to their portfolio companies.
