Moussa O. Ismail

Moussa assists and advises clients with their commercial, technology and intellectual property strategy and transactions in a wide range of industries and at all stages of their life cycles. His experience includes drafting and negotiating various commercial, intellectual property and technology-related agreements. Moussa also supports clients in commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, venture financings, public offerings, technology and content development, intellectual property licensing, and strategic alliances and partnerships.

During law school, Moussa served as the managing editor for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, president of the Virginia Law Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Society and the community service chair for the Black Law Students Association.
