About Minhui

Minhui represents corporate issuers and underwriters in Hong Kong capital markets transactions. She advises clients on matters including initial public offerings, post‑listing compliance and securities regulation.

Before joining Cooley, Minhui worked as a foreign legal consultant at a global law firm.
