About Miles

Miles practices corporate and securities law, advising public and private companies across all stages of the corporate life cycle. His practice covers a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including Exchange Act reporting, private company financings and at-the-market offerings.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Miles served as an editor on the Fordham Law Review and a teaching assistant in the school’s first-year legal writing program. He also interned in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court, as well as in the Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection within the New York state attorney general’s office.

Before beginning his legal career in New York, Miles worked for six years as a technical writer in San Diego and Minneapolis.
