About Michelle
Michelle Peleg practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds.
While at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Michelle was elected to the Order of the Coif. She served as the senior supervising editor to the Berkeley Journal of Criminal Law.
