Michelle Geller

Michelle represents emerging companies and venture capital funds throughout all stages of their life cycle, including company formations, equity and debt financings, corporate governance matters, and private equity, secondary and M&A transactions.

Before joining Cooley, Michelle practiced in the San Francisco office of another global law firm, where she advised emerging companies and their investors at all stages of growth.

In law school, Michelle served on the executive board of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology and the Law Women of UCLA student organization.
