Michelle DeLapa’s practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

While attending the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, Michelle was an associate editor for the UCLA Law Review. Michelle also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sandra Segal Ikuta, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
