Michael Torbati

Michael’s practice focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds – including venture capital funds, private equity funds and funds of funds – both in the US and internationally.

While attending UC Law SF, Michael participated in the Startup Legal Garage, assisting early-stage tech companies with corporate and intellectual property needs, and in the Corporate Counsel Externship Program. He also served as the executive articles editor for the UC Law Journal.

Before law school, Michael worked in technology and advertising sales.
