Michael advises clients on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. Before joining Cooley, he clerked for Judge William J. Kayatta Jr. of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
