About Michael

Michael centers his practice on complex business litigation and maintains an active pro bono practice.

Before joining Cooley, Michael worked at another international law firm where he focused on white collar criminal defense in federal court. During law school he interned at the East Bay Community Law Center’s Consumer Justice Clinic.
