Michael focuses on corporate and securities law, representing private and public companies across all stages of growth. His work covers a range of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, public company offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, and corporate governance.

Before joining Cooley, Michael was an associate in the Palo Alto office of another global law firm.
