About Mengyao

Mengyao focuses on securities and corporate transactions, including Hong Kong initial public offerings (IPO), compliance and corporate governance of Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed companies. She has broad experience in Hong Kong IPOs, representing both issuers and underwriters.

Mengyao is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
